REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

At the behest of the purchaser, we endeavour to commence the refund or exchange procedure within 72 hours of the request being issued, and/or once a quality inspection is initiated and completed.

Goods are eligible to be considered for a refund provided said goods are returned and received by us in the same condition in which the order was delivered and received by the recipient.

We require the Order to have been returned to us in its original packaging, and in the same condition in which it was despatched.

Refunds will be issued at the exact retail price of the returned item as indicated on the proof of purchase.

A refund will be released to the holder of the credit card used to complete the original purchase, or, alternately, the account through which a payment was issued will be reimbursed accordingly, within 14 working days of the refund having been approved.

Delivery costs and/or shipping fees are non-refundable.

Orders held in transit by the courier company are not eligible for immediate cancellation.

We reserve the right to issue a refusal to refund or exchange a product returned to us that does not pass a quality inspection.

The Return and/or Cancellation Process is required to be instituted within 5 days from the date the order was delivered.

The buyer will be responsible for the costs incurred returning an item.

Our Returns Policy has no bearing on your legal rights, or your rights as a consumer to query or contend the receipt of faulty goods or goods that appear to contain or represent misleading product information.

EXCHANGES

In the event that an order incurs damage in transit during delivery or appears defective, please inform us immediately.

Please report damaged or defective goods within 7 days of receipt to enable us to assist you.

Upon receipt of goods returned to us, we will determine, within the bounds of reasonable discretion, whether a claim citing damage or defect holds up to fair scrutiny.

Please do not destroy or discard any part of the contents of the package before addressing your complaint to us in writing.

Failure to comply with correct procedure might result in a refusal by PUREPUSH to process a claim.

Returning an item/order - Client Procedure

  • The onus is on the purchaser to query a Return in writing.

  • Please send an email to shop@purepush.co.uk providing the order details and specify the reason/s for requesting a Return.

  • All relevant details regarding your Order must be noted in your correspondence.

  • Upon receipt of the email, Oswald and Grey will review the complaint, and in so doing, determine if the order meets the criteria to institute a Return.

  • We require the product to be returned to us in the same protective cardboard box packaging in which it was received (or in a similar protective box), by the customer.

  • A copy and/or original delivery note/proof of purchase must be submitted, or a legible copy thereof, included with the contents of the returned order.

  • The Purchaser is obliged to pay all shipping costs related to the Order, and accepts that returning goods does not entitle him/her/them to a refund in as far as delivery or shipping costs incurred.

  • We cannot accept liability for lost, undelivered, or damaged products in transit.

  • Notwithstanding an acknowledgement that all conditions stated are met and strictly adhered to, PUREPUSH will strongly consider a case where a Refund process will be instituted.

DELIVERY

Delivery charges are not included in the price of any item.

This amount is quoted separately and is paid by the buyer.

Delivery charges are quoted during the check-out process, and are dependent on the delivery method you choose when you place your order. Please take the time to read and check your order at each stage of the order process to avoid any oversight. 

  • Delivery charges and timescales are dependent on the location of the delivery address and the delivery method selected when placing the order.

  • Details of estimated delivery times are given on our website during checkout.

  • We try our level best to adhere to the estimated delivery date provided in our order confirmation email.

  • If no date is specified, please work on a timeframe of a maximum of 30 days from receipt of the order confirmation email to delivery.

  • Should we be unable to meet the estimated delivery date, we will propose an alternative date

  • The seller/customer agreement is regarded as completed once the order has been purchased and delivered to the specified delivery address

  • In the event that an order cannot be received at the delivery address according to the schedule provided to the customer, the goods will be returned to our warehouse facility

  • If, after a failed attempt to deliver an order, an arrangement to have the goods re-delivered, or collected in person is breached or ignored, the customer will be notified to provide further instruction, thereby incurring a surcharge for storage costs and any further delivery costs.

  • If despite our reasonable efforts, we are unable to contact you or re-arrange delivery or collection, we may end the contract and, in so doing, refund you the monies paid for the order, but reserve the right to deduct from the refund a reasonable sum as compensation for any costs we have incurred as a result.

  • We take full responsibility for each order until it is delivered to you. After that, the product will fall into your ownership

  • It is advised to inspect all items received, against the order placed, immediately upon receipt thereof.

  • If the items are damaged or mistakenly delivered, please notify us as soon as possible in order to reserve your legal rights as a customer within the time period delineated.

UK

UK orders equal to and above £70 will be exempt from delivery charges. Kindly allow 5-7 working days for your order to be delivered. In the event of a delay beyond our control, we will inform you of the situation and present a solution.

We offer our customers a next-day-express delivery service. Charges are calculated accordingly during the checkout process.

UK Non-Mainland

Kindly allow 7-10 working days for delivery. Delays in the shipping process might occur. In the event of such a delay, we will inform you of the situation and offer a solution within reason.

International

Kindly allow 10-14 working days for delivery. Delays in the shipping process might occur. In the event of such a delay, we will inform you and may offer a solution within reason.

Please note that our shipping services are limited to addresses within the United Kingdom. We do not offer international shipping at this time. All orders placed on our website must have a delivery address within the UK. Any orders with an international address will not be processed and will be automatically canceled.

Please be aware that once an order has been booked and packed, it is not possible to redirect or cancel shipments.

EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL

Any act, event or non-happening, omission or accident that occurs outside our reasonable control, might oblige us to suspend our contract with the Purchaser.

Such events include:

Strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action by third parties;

Civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war;

Fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster;

Failure of public or private telecommunications networks;

Where the use of railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport or other means of public or private transport is an impossibility;

Acts, decrees, legislative regulation or restriction by any government; or

Any failure or service outage that falls outside our control.

In as far as it is within our ability, we will contact you timeously and notify you of the supply suspension.

If the event is deemed urgent or an emergency, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible.

If delivery of the item undergoes a suspended action for longer than 30 days beyond the estimated delivery date and you opt to forgo revising your purchase, you may contact us to terminate the contract, we will refund the full purchase amount.

The purchaser is indemnified from liability in the aforementioned case.

SALES POLICY

PUREPUSH products are made exclusively available to retail consumers over the age of 18.

We reserve the right to refuse fulfilment of orders received from under-age buyers or those persons deemed minors according to UK law.

These terms of use determine the offer, acceptance of purchase orders, and shipping of products.

OUR PRODUCTS

Product images on our website are for illustrative purposes only.

Actual products and their packaging may vary slightly from digital images.

Every effort has been made to ensure that colours., sizes and designs are displayed accurately.

However, we cannot guarantee that the colours, design format and intended effects render a high-resolution quality on all devices.

PRICING

Product pricing reflects on our website. Prices may change at our discretion. However, confirmed orders will be exempt from such price changes.

The price of all stock items includes VAT (where applicable) at the rate chargeable in the UK at any given period. Should the VAT rate escalate between the date of your order and the date of delivery, we will take measures to adjust the VAT accordingly. In the event that an order has been paid in full before the amended VAT undergoes implementation, the original VAT amount will be charged.

Our website contains our full product list. It is always possible that, despite our best efforts to ensure that prices are correct, failure to list the correct retail price might occur. Should we discover an error in the pricing of an order, we will inform you of said error, and we will give you the option of continuing with your order at the adjusted price, or, alternately, cancelling the order.

The order will be placed on hold until we receive your instructions. If we are unable to reach you at the contact details provided as part of the ordering process; we will treat the order as cancelled, and notify you in writing.

Please note that if the pricing error is blatant and unmistakable, thus recognized by the customer as an error, we are under no obligation to offer you the item/s at the incorrect (lower) price.

PAYMENT METHODS

  • The buyer agrees to pay the full purchase amount upon purchase confirmation. Payment for items and shipping may be made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Visa Electron and similar) or by PayPal.

  • Order information will always be encrypted through a secure server.

  • Bank data from credit card transactions will be transmitted employing a secure protocol as used by Stripe or other payment merchants that provide services for remote electronic payment – and no third parties will have access to any information.

Such data will only be used by PUREPUSH to complete the purchase procedures, issue appropriate refunds for any returns, and warn and inform the authorities in the event that a possibility of fraud is detected.

The purchase price of the items and shipping charges are debited from the current account of the user when orders are confirmed.

PUREPUSH will send the user an email confirmation of the purchase. The order confirmation will reflect an order/reference number.

This confirmation serves as valid proof of purchase, and is not considered a valid invoice.

SEVERABILITY

In the event that any provision under the Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Service. Such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.

TERMINATION

The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes. These Terms of Service are effective unless, and until, terminated by either you or by us. You may terminate these Terms of Service at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our services, or when you cease using our site. If in our sole judgment you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Service, we also may terminate this agreement at any time without notice and you will remain liable for all amounts due, up to and including, the date of termination; and/or accordingly be denied access to our Services (or any part thereof).

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

The failure of PUREPUSH to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. These Terms of Service and any policies or operating rules posted by us on this site or in respect to The Service constitutes the entire agreement and understanding between you and us and governs your use of the Service, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms of Service). Any ambiguities in the interpretation of these Terms of Service shall not hold the drafting party accountable.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.

You have the right to review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time on this page. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to regularly check our website for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website or the Service following the posting of any changes to these Terms of Service constitutes acceptance of those changes.

GUARANTEE

Buyers are protected by the guarantees given by the various manufacturers of each item. All items offered on www.purepush.co.uk are 100% authentic. Defects or damage caused by incorrect use, handling or wear caused by abnormal use is not included under this guarantee.
